1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 60bd9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 5.Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 60bd9's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 60bd9's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. 60bd9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 60bd9 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Account Suspension and Termination
